About Us
Logan Blow is the founder and head trainer of Court Vision, a premier basketball training organization based in Austin, Texas. With over a decade of experience in skill and player development, Logan has worked with athletes at every level, from NBA and WNBA professionals to collegiate, high school, youth, and first-time players.
Under his leadership, Court Vision has grown into a trusted destination for serious basketball development, serving more than 300 athletes year-round. Logan oversees all training systems, staff development and operations, and leads Court Vision's institutional partnerships, including programs with schools and AAU orgnaizations.
A FIBA-certified agent, Logan specializes in developing complete players by integrating skill, physical preperation, and basketball IQ. His approach is direct, detail-driven, and results-focused, whether building foundations or refining elite-level performance.
​Christian Adams is the Lead Trainer for Court Vision, responsible for designing training sessions, guiding long-term development plans, and working closely with the training staff to ensure every athlete receives consistent, high-quality instruction. A former collegiate athlete at LeTourneau University, Christian earned All-Defensive Team Honors, reflecting his commitment to effort, discipline, and team impact.
Following college, Christian transitioned into full-time training, working with athletes from youth to collegiate levels. He is known for clear communication, structured sessions, and creating environments where athletes feel supported, challenged, and confident in their development.

Christian holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA), bringing an organized, thoughtful approach to both athlete growth and program leadership.
JAXON SALLADE
TRAINER
Jaxon is a trainer who specializes in youth athlete development, with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, confidence, and creating a positive training environment. As a varsity player at Cedar Park High School, Jaxon brings current, game-relevant experience that connects well with younger athletes learning the basics of skill development.

Jaxon has completed a full year of structured training and mentorship under Logan, working closely within the program to learn proper teaching methods, session structure, and athlete communication. He is especially effective with younger athletes, helping them build strong foundations while keeping sessions engaging, encouraging, and development-focused.
Casyn Wiesenhutter is a dedicated personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach based in Austin, Texas, with a passion for helping individuals reach their peak physical performance. With a strong background in fitness and an emphasis on personalized training strategies, Casyn has built a reputation for delivering results-driven programs tailored to the unique needs of his clients.

In addition to his coaching expertise, Casyn manages social media for Court Vision, where he leverages his knowledge of digital marketing to enhance the brand's online presence and engagement. His dual skill set in fitness coaching and social media management allows him to connect with a broader audience, promoting a holistic approach to health and fitness. Casyn’s commitment to excellence and his innovative strategies make him an invaluable asset to both his clients and the Court Vision team.
Jaylen brings a strong playing and coaching background into every training session, with a focus on skill development, game understanding, and confidence building. He is the all-time leading scorer at Glenn High School and went on to compete at the collegiate level at Lubbock Christian University, giving him firsthand experience in both high-level preparation and performance.

During and following college, Jaylen coached and trained AAU programs and high school teams, working closely with athletes to sharpen fundamentals and translate skills into game situations. He is known for planning intentional, high-energy sessions that challenge athletes while reinforcing basketball IQ and long-term development.

SYDNEY WILLIAMS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Sydney Williams is an accomplished administrator for Court Vision with a strong background in collegiate athletics and academic excellence. A former standout basketball player at Schreiner University, Sydney played four years of college basketball, where she earned numerous accolades, including Student-Athlete of the Year and three-time All-Conference honors. Her leadership on the court and commitment to excellence set her apart as a key player throughout her athletic career.
Sydney holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Athletic Training. Her academic background and hands-on experience in sports provide a solid foundation for her role at Court Vision, where she applies her organizational skills and passion for athletics to support the team’s mission. Sydney’s dedication to both her professional growth and the success of those she works with makes her an invaluable member of the Court Vision team.
About the Gym
The Court Vision Facility opened in November of 2023 and is located north of Austin in Cedar Park, TX. This facility is explicitly catered to basketball player development. Small groups and one-on-one training are focused on the individual’s personal growth as a player, athlete, and student of the game. Skill development is the primary focal point for our athletes all year round.​
