Youth Basketball Training in Austin
If you're searching for youth basketball training in Austin, you're probably picturing your kid with more confidence, better skills, and a real shot at making the team. That's what we work on at Court Vision. More than 300 athletes train here year-round, making us one of the largest basketball communities in Central Texas.
Our private training facility serves families across the Austin area, from elementary players learning the fundamentals to middle schoolers working to make the school team. Ready to see it for yourself? You can book a first session online in just a few taps.
Training for Every Age and Stage
No two kids arrive at the same starting point. Some are picking up a basketball for the first time; others have played for years and want more. That's why our basketball training for kids is built around your child's age and stage, not a one-size-fits-all program.
Elementary players — fundamentals first. Some of our youngest athletes are elementary-age kids who come to build basketball fundamentals and get comfortable with the ball. No experience is needed. Your child's trainer matches the pace to your child, so beginners can build skills without feeling rushed and walk out feeling more confident with the ball in their hands.
Middle school players — skills, confidence, and making the team. Middle school is when basketball starts to get real: school tryouts, AAU teams, and playing time that has to be earned. The families who reach out to us usually name the same goals — become a better player, feel more confident with the ball, make the school team, and earn playing time. Training here is built around exactly those goals. And because high school varsity athletes and AAU players train here too, the next level is already in the gym when your child is ready for it.
Individualized Coaching, Not a Big Camp
A lot of youth basketball in Austin happens in leagues, camps, and clinics. Those have their place, but the format is usually one coach splitting attention across a big group of kids.
Court Vision is built differently. Your child works with a kids basketball trainer in Austin who knows their name, their game, and their goals. Training is personalized and game-realistic, so the skills your child builds show up in real games.
Most of all, we focus on long-term player development, not just drills. Your child gets a coach who builds on their progress session after session, not a single week of activity.
Meet the Trainers Your Child Will Work With
You're not dropping your child off with a stranger. Sessions at Court Vision are led by our trainers: Logan Blow (head trainer and FIBA agent), Christian Adams (lead trainer), Jaxon Sallade (trainer), and Casyn Wiesenhutter (strength and conditioning coach). You can meet our trainers on the About page before you ever book.
There's no tryout to pass and nothing to prepare for a first session. It's real coaching from one of our trainers, personalized to your child's age, experience, and goals. Beginners and experienced players both start exactly where they are. Want to know what the first visit will look like for your child? Call Logan at (512) 659-6774 and he'll walk you through it.
Basketball Lessons for Kids: Private and Group Options
Court Vision keeps the options simple. Private one-on-one lessons come as a single session or in packs of 5, 8, 12, or 24 lessons. Monthly group training memberships give your child ongoing skill development on a regular schedule alongside other kids. Strength and conditioning rounds out athletic development. Every option is listed on our Plans & Pricing page, so you can pick what fits your child and your family's schedule.

FAQ for Parents
What ages do you train? Most families book training for middle school and high school players, and some elementary-age kids train here to build fundamentals. AAU players train with us too, and college players join us in the summer, so your child has room to grow here for years.
My child has never played organized basketball. Is training right for them? Yes. No experience is needed, and your child's trainer sets the pace to match them. Beginners focus on fundamentals and confidence with the ball.
Can training help my child make the school team? Making the school team and earning playing time are two of the most common goals families bring to us. No trainer can promise a roster spot, but personalized, game-realistic training builds the skills and confidence your child needs to compete at tryouts.
Should my child start with private lessons or group training? Private one-on-one lessons give your child a trainer's full attention, while monthly group memberships offer ongoing training alongside other kids. Compare both on our Plans & Pricing page, or call us at (512) 659-6774 and we'll help you choose.
Who will actually be coaching my child? Your child's coach will be one of our trainers: Logan Blow (head trainer), Christian Adams (lead trainer), Jaxon Sallade (trainer), or Casyn Wiesenhutter (strength and conditioning). You can meet our trainers on the About page before booking.
